Shipping methods and right of with­drawal


You find the equipment for sale in our Online Shop!

 

You can pay online and will receive the receipt to your email.

The bought equipment can be picked up on Pick-Up-Days mentioned in the shipping methods, or after Ski Season opening during all slope opening hours.

We can also ship the equipment (in Finland, excluding Åland). Depending on the size of the package we use Posti or Matkahuolto parcel to a pick-up point. The shipping cost for one equipment is 14-25 e. If you buy several, the shipping in one parcel is more economical. Accurate shipping costs can be seen in the shopping basket.

Orders are sent 2-3 times a week. The delivery time is usually 4-7 business days.

This autumn we will have no separate selling days. Furthermore, we don't take reservations on the products.

 

What if the bought boots don't fit?

 

Ordered to pick up

When ordered to pick up, the order can be canceled for 30 days from the purchase. If the purchase took place before the opening of the Ski Season, we count 30 days from the opening day.

When picking up the equipment you can try them on or otherwise check them, and the purchase can be cancelled if needed. You can alternatively change the equipment, assuming there are fitting equipment left on the store.

The paid sum is refunded to the same paying method that was used purchasing. Refunding will take place through the payment intermediary, in their time frame.


Shipped products

Shipped products have 14-day withdrawal period. It begins when the goods have been received (picked up by the customer in the Pick-up point).

In case of withdrawal, please contact us by email parra.fi within 14 days of the receipt of the goods. You must return the goods at the latest within 14 days after giving the notice of withdrawal. You must pay the return costs yourself.

When we have received the goods, the paid sum concerning the goods is refunded to the same paying method that was used purchasing. Refunding will take place through the payment intermediary, in their time frame.

Please notice that the customer is responsible even for the original shipping costs, they will not be refunded.
